Shipping Policy

Prior to shipping, each product is inspected to ensure the quality standards. If your product has been damaged during shipment, please reach out to our customer service representative at aloha@colorhawaii.com.

Approximately 2 to 3 business days, dependent on holidays

Regular Shipping Time: 

Approximately 4 to 6 business days, dependent on location

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. If the item is still under pre-order and has not shipped yet, send an email and we will stop your shipment from leaving the warehouse, and give you a refund.

  • Send us an email within 10 days of receiving your order stating your return intentions.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
